100% premium quilting cotton. 44/45″ wide. Winter in Japan can be very beautiful, with snow covering the ground and the buildings with an icy glaze of white. The snowflakes and stars in the Winter Chill collection are Debbie Maddy’s reproduction of that beauty. Winter is not a holiday, it is a time of year, and this collection represents that frosty time of year that carries over until Valentine’s Day.
